PLEASE NOTE: Although we do love to pick up your vehicles for your holidays and business trips, however it is our turn to take a trip away. So from the 17th January 2026 to 28th January 2026 we will be away, but not to worry as from the 29th January 2026 we will be back and open for business again as per usual. There is an additional £20 fee for bank holidays.

PLEASE NOTE: We no longer take larger vehicles (i.e. Mini Buses, Large Vans and Vehicles of similar size to a Mercedes Vito.

 

Heathrow Airport Charges:

Please be aware: Heathrow Airport Includes a terminal drop off charge of £6 each way to the terminal which we do not include in our prices.

This is the customer’s responsibility to see that the fee is paid or the customer may risk receiving a fine. If a customer has a Blue disabled badge the customer would not be charged this terminal fee but the customer would still need to enter their registration and the blue badge number onto the website at: heathrow.com/dropoff

A customer can set up an auto-pay or pay for one or both journeys at once as long as the fee has been paid by midnight the following day from entering the terminal departure lane and as long as the return is within the two months time frame.

Please note: There is a cancellation fee of £20 (plus a small PayPal Reversal Fee)
so please ensure your information is correct before proceeding to the payment stage. Refund are only processed where 48 hours notice has been provided.

Any adjustments to your book will incur an admin fee. Please contact us for more information.

Heathrow Airport is not a 24 hour airport, therefore to keep any drivers on past 23:30 due to delayed flights will incur a £20.00 per hour charge.

For delays in leaving the airport (over 1.5 hours) a waiting fee of £20.00 will be charged. This also applies if your return time is extended due to delays or cancellations without prior noticed being provided.

A fee of £10 a night will be charged for extending bookings plus a £5 admin fee.
